Tire replacement for B6 S4

So this past weekend, my front left tire blew out and I replaced it w/ my spare. I purchased this car 3 months ago and thought i got a new spare but it turns out that the previous owner used it before and it has some uneven wear (the outer tire has a lot of thread left where the inner is thinning out). Either way, I need to purchase another PZero and was wondering if I should replace both the front tires. I checked my front right tire and it has the same uneven wear (outer part of the tires is fine where as the inner side of the tire has more wear). Btw, i checked my blown tire and it had the same wear pattern. My rear tires have even wear.

Any ideas as to what might be causing this? And should I get two new front tires or just replaced the front left.

Unless I have nearly new tires and get a blowout I replace at least two tires. If you're not on a tight budget I'd suggest you do the same, and perhaps get an alignment as well.

Do you know if an alignment is covered under the warranty?

thanks. I just ordered the tires from Tirerack and had it shipped to my dealership. Is the dealership the best place for an alignment? They are charging me $179.
