Not quite - the RNS-E uses a Quadlock connector (which the Symphony II doesn't) and has a dual Fakra antenna connector (which the Symphony II doesn't).
So as well as ANY A4 version of the RNS-E (ie one with a part number beginning 8E0) you'll need a wiring adapter to convert from ISO to Quadlock (you'll need to specify if you have Bose or not since the adapter has to be made differently) and an antenna adapter to convert from Fakra + "normal" antenna connector to dual Fakra.
Oh and you'll need either a GPS hockey puck antenna or, if you're in the US, you can use a Fakra to Fakra extension lead to connect to the GPS antenna built-in to the sharkfin antenna.
Once you've installed it you'll need someone with VAG-COM to re-code the instruments so the navigation instructions appear on your DIS, and to code the RNS-E to match the options in your car (MFSW, CD changer, phone, sat radio, etc.).
