ideas for illinois fall cruise/ meet

so we have all been talking about putting this together but nobody seems to be stepping forward, lol im always the only one always ready for a cruise.

well lets all put together our ideas and plans and make something happen asap

i wanna meet up at bww and go to a local truck yard with everybody and ill host a nice biig midwest photoshoot, then we all cruise to some suburb or someplace downtown,

also videlov asked, stictly audis and maybe vdub? or open to all? you guys decide

Willow Springs, IL. Cruise around the forest preserve, for great pix. Not a fast cruise, lots of photo ops.

However, if none of you want to be a part of it (cuz I feel like I'm the only person from this part of town) - I was ALSO thinking of an Audi(zine) cruise.

Geneva/Batavia (Kane County). Along the Fox River. I got lost once and found a really nice park w/ tons of parking spaces right next to the Fox River near Fabyan Pkwy and Rte 31.

Take you pick if you like. However, the .:dubnoxious:. cruise IS going down!!! It's NOT a "club" cruise, in fact, our last cruise had at LEAST a dozen (out of the 22 cars) non-members. The more is always merrier.

Then find the exact geometric center.

I'm not sure. I THINK he graduated. I know he USED TO do a good job organizing them because he would get deprived of his Vdub fix @ Champaign. So he would set a date around his breaks, REALLY FAR IN ADVANCED.

Should we "borrow" his idea? I know they're Arlington Heights-ish.

Personally I dont understand why other makes would want to go to an "Audi" meet. I feel its kind of odd when you see pictures of a meet and there are 15 Audis and then a WRX and a BMW.

Well they haven't officially gone up for sale yet but being local would definitely save you about $150 in shipping costs.
Think about it and send me a message if you're interested.
Not planning on putting them up for sale until the car sells.
They are already off the car and cleaned up.

for anyone else interested:
in the top left corner, you can type in your location and hit enter. it should pop up with a little pushpin. put your mouse over it and go "add to collection" then once its on there as a pushpin, the location should appear in the pop up box under A4_ever (i believe)
then let me kno which number you are and I'll do the rest.

Hopefully this will work! If it doesn't just PM me an intersection closest to you and I'll work my magic

for some reason now its not working out trying to post the link to share the map... so to fix this problem, keep sending me locals by PM and i'll keep updating... here's a way if you want to actually see the map as i do:

top right corner go to sign in (username [email protected] password germany5)
once logged in, right below that is collections click and then open collections
click on the location of audi members and the map should post the pins...
zoom in to the IL area and there you go! problem solved *sorta*
