USP Door Blades...what price to sell at?

I'm looking into getting S4 door blades for my '04 USP, and I'll probably have to get them painted as well so it's going to cost a pretty penny. Since there's probably high demand for my USP blades I really have no idea how much to sell them for. Realistically, how much should I ask? They're moro blue BTW.

New my dealer quoted me $209 per piece, so $836 in all (for USP blades)

Also how much have you paid to have your S4 blades painted...?

that price seems insanely high. did the stealer quote include painting the blades for you? here are some OEM s4 doorblades at performance cafe for $459. click here

a note on the website says "This is for a set of four. Individual pricing is available at $130 per door. Please call for individual pricing. MSRP from Audi is $151.52". any way you look at it, the dealer is screwing you...

^^i edited the original post, it may have been misleading. new, the USP door blades are $836 from the dealer. this sounds a bit high, but still in the same general area because they're more expensive than S4 blades (USP's are harder to find). I can get an OEM set of S4 blades for about $400 (not from the dealer).

I sold mine for $300 shipped when I replaced them with S4 blades. I don't think that you will be able to get $600 for them imo...

They're not as easy to get as S4 blades, but because of that, S4 blades are more popular. I'm guessing you could only sell them for what used S4 blades are going for.

Maybe you can trade with someone who has a Moro Blue S4 on here who wants something a little more subtle?

I saw a set of Brilliant Black USP blades in the classifieds for about $300 just a few days ago.

Edit: Oops, looks like they were from a B7 S-line. My bad. Not sure if they're the same as the B6 USP, but they ended up selling for $275.

Ha! No one in their right mind is going to pay that! People have a hard enough time coming to terms with dropping $400 on 4 pieces of plastic. $600 asking price will get you nowhere!

if that is your goal, then i'm out. why would i buy used USP blades from you for the same price as new S4 blades with paint?!? unless i have totally missed something and though they might be "more rare", there is nothing that makes the USP blades more in demand than the S4... i'll just pick up a set of new S4 blades at PureMS for $380.

anyway, i don't think you'll have any luck selling your USP blades for anything over $300.

i'm pretty sure that $380 from PureMS is for non-painted blades. so add another $150 for paint. i never said i was going to charge $600 so don't jump the gun here guys. my overall point is that USP blades are pretty hard to find and there's definitely people out there that don't like the size of the S4 blades. because USP blades are hard to locate and quite a bit more new, their price should probably be higher than S4 blades.

given these two factors i'm thinking $300 is too low. $450-500 seems about right...that's $330-380 cheaper than new for something in immaculate condition. whether someone will pay that is another question, but it's a reasonable price on my end. thanks for the help guys!
