Codes need help

Ok my 01.5 tip was running fine before and after sitting during the day won't start.
P0431 Warm up catalyst below threshold bank 2
P1113 Manufacture controlled Fuel and air metering
P1176
p0706 Trans range sensor CKT range/perf

Mods are GIAC, ITG filter, MiLTek catback, K25/26, piggies w/o cats,

won't crank over at all just one really low click please help.

Is code P0706 the "Neutral safety switch" by any chance?

Also what would the symptoms of a bad MAF be? P0706 is the Neutral safety switch I just had replaced and it's messing up 500 miles later Hmmm.... ANyone
