I just bought a 03 A4 wagon with a 3.0 and 6sp. Im flat out in love with this car. The quality is unreal and its such a fun car to drive. I just sit and think of places to go so I can go out and drive it. The only mods I have planned are tinted windows and navigation. The bose audio sounds pretty good but im a hard core SQ guy and would like to update some day. I have a dynaudio system 360 that needs a new home so maybe I will get motivated to start the install.

Tell me more about the different models. Is the avant the wagon? I know this one has the sport package on it or I was told it did. I think it might have been lowered a bit as the wheels are just about tucked.

I have to agree this is one fine handling car. I have owned a Porsche C2 and this A4 sure reminds me of it.

I have diamond audio D5 amps and a IDmax 12 too but those items will take up to much room in this car so I will be searching for more compact amps and sub. Im not sure if I can fit those dynaudio MW170's in the doors but then again I have not even looked behind the door panels yet.

I have owned my Avant for over 2 years and I still have that spark sometimes, look for somewhere to go just to drive the car! And im extremely jealous of your 6sp i so wish i got that instead of the TIP but its alright i still love my car.

The more you stick around the Zine the more your gonna wanna do mods to your car.

Yeah I have been known to mod my cars to the point there almost no fun to drive anymore. At least thats what my ex wife used to say. LOL

I just got finished looking in the back and there is a good bit of room under the rear floor for amps and what not. I think a 10" sub will fit in a glass box in the drivers side pocket in the back as well. There is no way a IDmax 12 will fit though. Anyone have some links to high end installes in A4's?

Sweet ride man. I really got lucky with this car i guess. There are not many of them for sale and this one showed up somewhat local. There is no telling what I will end up doing to this car but I also have to remember I have a 84 porsche 930 that I need to finish up first. LOL

Nice! I so miss my B5 Avant. Then again, I traded it for my '84 Carrera. I needed something a little larger for my daily commute, so I bought my '02 sedan.

Man I love this car. I want to go ahead and change the oil so what does everyone recomend for the 3.0? My air filter seems to be a bit dirty too so should I replace it with a new stock type or what?
