This will be the official thread for this event and contains the sign up list and we can list other ideas, suggestions or whatever.

If you would like to attend, please let me know ASAP. Please post on the sign up list with your 1st name, vehicle, stage of mods (stock, 1,2,3; +/-), and a head count for your car if you are coming to "The Open Flame" so I can make a reservation.

VENOM always has a kettle kruise but I wanted to do something for the Audis, particularly B5S4s. Downtown meeting spot was an easy place to get all together and the scenic roads are gorgeous and fun for all plus we don't have to spend money on a track event to have a little fun. Car clubs are always crusing through there and for good reason, its a nice section of asphault.

Rockford is 1.5hrs from the Mil. I used to go to Rockford 2-3 times a week. Shoot straight up I90 to I-43 North, follow right to down town just that easy.

Damn, could have sworn you said 3:00 that's why I put 3:30, I could delay till 5:30 but it would be getting dark out within a short period of arriving at KM area. What if we move to Sunday? I'm open to suggestion and will change flyer accordingly but we'll have more time Saturday. Maybe we'll do a buzz by International to meet with you on the way to the flame. What do you think guys? Do we wait for B-money or procede as planned?

Brady, you could always call me when you are getting out and crusie out to KM area if we're still out there...Also I need that B8 literature mang!

I'm really open on this but want to include as many as possible and am concerned that if we do it on a sunday we'll have a poor turn out.

Just a caution about that Sunday evening from the Kettle Kruise guy

Some of the towns are doing "trick or treat" later that afternoon 2-4pm and beyond. If you're working on a cruise for Sunday... should be early - out of the kettles by 1pm. Little kids in masks amped up on candy ... bad news.

Would be happy to help if you need suggestions on route or whatever.

I figured some would show a little late and I have a 35-40 min time cushion in there but we will be leaving DT Milwaukee no later than 4:15pm at the VERY LATEST. I want to have everyone out to the KM area by 5:00pm and thought some may want to stop for unleaded 100 oct. in Slinger, (have it on pump).

It has been brought to my attention that sunset is scheduled to be at 5:43pm on the 25th. This means those who can should show as early as possible for pics and what not. Also, we will have to leave by 4:00pm at the lastest not 4:15pm so show up on time.

opps... forgot to say stage 1+. also i hope to get my car back together by then. my car is dead. need to replace dang engine speed sensor. so far i'm not doing so well. broke the dang coolent reservoir tee and small "s" hose. thought it was going to be easy, but turned out a lot harder on the tips.
