HELP! got britalman exhaust? whats missing?

So i finaly got the exhaust that i ordered on aug 4th from creative autoworks and now im confused, this wont mount up? am i missing something or did they just send me the wrong piece? here are the pictures, wtf do i do now?





please help im so pissed at creative

your missing the section that connect to the last pic to your lower section of your flex pipe. I would contact them ask if there should be something else included.

thats what i thought but does there down pipe bolt up to that big of a flange i hope so

Yes, it looks fine, you just need the downpipe.

looks like a nice exhaust. im guessing you got the s4 valence already right? cuz youll need it. too bad their website doesnt work for crap.

i have the tip version and i re-use the stock downpipe.. idk about 6speed

ive been calling creative autoworks for like a week and no answer i really dont know what to do i sent emails and left voice mails i mean they need to pick up sometime? im getting annoyed i really dont know what to do about it?

creative sucks, seriously, i gave them a whole speech before i ordered my exhaust about the horrible things i had heard about them haha..basically saying if i didnt get my product within a week i would not order from them..needless to say, i got my product that week.. but this was also a long time ago. good luck

yea your missing the downpipe as am I. God damnit creative is such a pain to deal with I've been calling them forever to send my downpipe and they don't do anything. At least it looks like you got hardware? No such luck here.

nah man i havent got hardware either or Down pipe, ugh this is nuts its just sitting there waiting to go on but it cant!

From what I've read on here (not personal experiences) Creative has a terrible reputation.

i have a 6 speed, you a missing the downpipe, yes it bolts on easily.

You guys who have dealt with them in the past and had a bad experience may want to report them to the BBB. You can't run a business that way. When people spend over a thousand dollars on a product, and are missing a piece and can't get a hold of the company who sold it to them, that's absurd. These people need to be punished.

What happened to that Tinalia who was on here, always backing up creative....where is she now?

I saw a comment from her awhile back saying something to the effect that she is no longer with them, and was ashamed that she had to lie to customers, or something like that.

You're missing the downpipe and never received that in the mail with the complete exhaust? Very strange!
