Time for first time maintenance......quick question

So im gonna do my first maintenance service since i bought the car so i have a question. Im not really sure when everything was done, but the car has around 95000km's, so im doin the following:
    Air filter, and pollen filter
    Spark plugs, fuel filter,
    oil change
the question is, since the car is stock, what are the best spark plugs, its an 05 1.8t avant, the engine is stock, so should i go to OEM, or something better. Should i get a cone filter or just stock, and i wanna do seafoam, so how long can seafoam be in the engine before i drain it and can it stay over night
let me know if i left anything out that i should do

    Thanks

keep the reg. K&N Filter...and go with either...denso iridium plugs or NGK iridium plugs....better then the double platinum stock ones...Check your timing belt too

onlt about half of the seafoam into your crank case, and ive heard anywhere from 50 miles to 300 miles with it in the engine, i went for the later of the two so it actually had to time get in and work, it also wouldnt hurt to dump a can into your gas tank either, as well as your timing belt!!
