I assure you that the funds were fully refunded.
When your friend refused delivery, the shipping company kept the hood. It was
NOT returned to us and they were inspecting the hood to make sure that the damage is consistent with the claim which took them weeks. We had stated we can ship a replacement hood. But try to understand that we are on the other side of the country without being able to see what happen. We are not saying Ryan lied, but we can't just get a phone call and issue refund without getting a returned product and without hearing from the shipping company about what happen. Ryan himself said he understands.
What is your name sir/madam? It would be nice to know who we are talking to about another customer's order.
