Euro Bi xenons, fair price

So I found a set locally, and the guy is asking 500, no bulbs or ballast. Seemed high to me, I was thinking closer to 350 for them. Whats going price here on the zine, with out bulbs and ballasts.

i got mine used with two bulbs and one ballast shipped for 550 straight from germany. just a reference point.

A year ago, maybe 400, now I'd say a little more but still less than 500.
