shaking while parked? whats my problem?

ive searched and didnt find anything useful.. anyway my car shakes when i rev it up standing still. motor mounts are good including the snub mount... i am getting alittle excessive white smoke out the exhaust but no whining noise? and i dont think that blown turbos would make the car shake... would they?

any ideas?

Check your oil level.

oil level is good.. just changed it like 2-3 weeks ago

Can you give more description? It does this only when you rev? or also just sitting at idle?

nope at idle it is completly normal... no check engine light... soon as it gets to about 3k where its definetly noticable.. someone told me it could be bent valves? or something blown in the motor

Check your injectors/sparkplugs/coil packs...also the sensors on top of the airbox. Are you getting misfires or just vibration? Do the vibrations increase when you rev it higher and higher?

hmm, interesting.. I get a bit of engine shake around 3000 rpm or so... not before and not after.. its just one very defined point in the RPM range... it does it both on accelleration and decelleration.... this thread definetly caught my attention.... and my maintenance is all there too... even down to sonic cleaned injectors.

yes vibrations increase when it revs higher and higher until about 4-5k then its about the same till redline.... so getting my car vagged would help right?....

i just didnt know if bad coilpacks or misfires would cause a CEL or not

interesting .. i feel as though mine is more of the body shaking... but i certainly am no expert..
