Getting to The Headlight Washer Jets

How am I supposed to get to those things without 4 hours of labor? I just need to reach the 2 bolts to get the jet out. But it seems like I have to take off the bumper to get to them. Any ideas? Specifically I need to get to the drivers side jet.

Sorry man. I'm pretty sure you have to take the bumper off.

You have to remove the front bumper.

IIRC, take the headlight out then take out the shelf the headlight sits on. that should give you a good look at them.
