This is the second time I see Reiger being called out about not respondig to other members about sales and PM's. Please resolve this outside the forum.

I had a similar problem when I shipped the front bumper to QuicksilverS4. They don't stand by their delivery time frame guarantee!

Forum users need to know about these BUMS that'll take your money and not deliver your product.
I'm presently going thru the same deal with this Rieger Rs4 person. Since 9/6/04 he has received my money, and have failed to provide item bought or even shipping info. His only response was that it was shipped and its not his fault if its lost. He would give no shipping date, or any info that'll help me to research shipment. Finally he shop reading my PM .

I finally filed a claim friday with paypal, I'm waiting my refund.

Reiger since email me saying valance was lost in shipment, shipper can't locate item. Bullsh*t, I beleive it was never ship.

He claim he's issued a refund , we'll see. My advise is not to do business with him. I'm continuing to receive email from other buyers on this forum, who's having similar problems with Rieger/ Eugene.

If I have to repeat myself, I'm not going to be happy. I DO NOT want these types of issues spread all over. It's hard to get both parties involved sides of the story. For that reason it's easier to get a moderator or forum admin involved to try and get a resolution. If it's found that there is a real issue, that member will be stopped from posting any F/S items.

EVIL - While I agree that there is a time and place for this kind of thing, it's still cool to see people battle it out. Gives us dudes information that could be pertinent should we ever decide to do business with those involved....

No it isn't. You're not reading right are you? It will be handled the way I said it would. If those members are found to be doing business in here and ripping people off, they will not be allowed to sell via this site any longr. Simple as that. Its been dne in the past and will be done the same way in the future. I don't need a back and forth of mud slinging about people.

well i think that there is contradiction in your statements evil. if you say that those people who do bad business on your forums are not going to be allowed to post stuff i agree with you. but then again how are we to know if they are trying to rip somebody off unless they report their own experiences.

i always think it's a good thing to post it online if you are being scammed by somebody because it prevents any possible future bad transactions.

btw i'm not taking any sides in the previous debate between the seller and buyers.

Ok sorry evil i didn't mean to post on ehre but i counldn't get his attention any other way and he just called me and handled everything so everything is cool at this point and i'll get a moderator if this issue evolves again, once again sorry evil and everyone else for posting in this forum.

This is why we have the Buyer & Seller Feedback Forum. If there's a legitimate case, use it. Also, be sure to contact a Mod or Admin, like EVIL said.
