My roof thinks its a leopard. Whats up with my paint?

It has been this way since I purchased it. I have never polished it and from what I can tell the spots do not appear to be bubbles in the clear coat. Its only visible when there is glare on the roof. The pics look a lot worse than they are.

looks like someone had a tarp or something on the car and water got underneath it.

It's hard to tell without seeing it in person, but I'm willing to bet that if you had the roof wetsanded and buffed it would come out.

I tried the clay bar a while ago and it hasnt done anything

go to an autopart store look next to the waxes for a cutting compound, get a polish too. you buff on the cutting compound wipe off then polish it and id bet you wont be able to tell!

I was actually thinking that the design would be pretty hot if it was carbon fiber with black painted over to give it a carbon leopard look.

I'm actually in SD right now. I just moved into a new apartment and am kind of broke but I was thinking of getting a Porter Cable with the Clear Lake set of pads in the near future. I am hoping that it will pay itself off in the long run.
