spark plug question?

hi guys. well i have a stock 2000 a4 and need to change the spark plugs. alot of people go with the ngk's but i dont know what one to go with and what to gap them at. so if you could please help me that would be great. if you had a part # for the plugs that would even be better. also i just ordered a down pipe and a forged dv vale and about to order a front mout if that will make any difference with the gaping. thanks alot for all the help

BKR6E gapped to .032 or .028 when chipped.

what he said, otherwise we use a PFR6 NGK plugs in a lot of customer cars.
I ran BKR7E's gapped at .028" for 10K, and now I'm on BKR6E's gapped ~.028" and the power feels a lot more smooth than before.
