There is a gas crisis in Georgia currently. Under certain light conditions it appears that way. Silver is by far the hardest color to match from old to new.

Ran into a couple problems. Had to wire in City Light LED's. Dropped a screw and had to take a couple things off to get to it. Also because the ballasts are mounted on the back of the headlights instead of the bottom like US Spec I had to rearrange a couple wires and what not. Overall i wasn't really trying to rush because i wanted to do it right the first time.

The hood is actually a carbon fiber hood that doesn't fit very well so I have an OEM hood on its way to solve that problem but good eye!

Bi-xenon or Single? How did you wire in the city lights? I have a set of S4 Bixenon Ecodes sitting here, and I know the ballast from my '03 xenons will work (5GL), and I have a new set of D1S bulbs. What I don't know is how to wire in the city lights.

You don't need to wire in citylights, they replace the parking lights on US models. The harness inside housing takes care of everything.
Way i read it, OP wired in LED citylight 'regulators' so his LEDs don't burn out/blink etc. If you plan on running H6W halogens, you don't need anything extra.

You should check length of the pass side harness, mine is an 03 and was too short. Buy or make an extension if yours is too short.

    Re: E-codes are on!

Thanks for all the comments guys. I actually paid under $400 USD for the housings off of ebay.de. They are Bi-xenon although i really was trying to get the black housing single xenon. Ironically it was much cheaper to import them from Germany than to pay the outrageous price of $700-$800 that some of these companies are charging. I got both 5GL ballasts for about $180. I probably paid a little over $600 for everything. These housings use D1S bulbs. I actually had member Buttafuco make me some LED citylights with resistors already built in so all I would have to do is splice two wires and then they were good to go. Very easy. Purple is power and brown is ground.
