I am getting the twin screw blower. They are doing some data logging this week with some stock dyno plots @ GIAC and then doing the tear down after that.

Quick question for VF Engineering,


The supercharger that you guys put on the RS4 has a slot for injectors. The RS4 is using FSI technology and the injectors which is below the intake manifold fires directly into the combustion chamber. Are you guys going to cover the injector hole on the supercharger?

And how much is the cost of the supercharger? I am very interested.

What boost pressure are you planning to run?

All the comments/rumours I've seen about the MTM supercharged RS4 say that it's very unreliable and breaks engines real quick because they are running too high a boost pressure. Read just yesterday that there is only 1 in the UK - and that's broken...

Any estimates on bhp/torque?

we are planning on running 4psi on our beta kits for upto 1 year but them dropping the compression as an option for more boost.

When using our S4 manifold on the RS4 FSI, we simply won't machine ports for injectors. The pics show a trial fit test. We have Hitachis flow specs on the FSI injectors and they are huge in terms of flow rate and do not need upgrading. We have tested them on other applications too.
