Ok, my Avant is a hair past 15k so called the dealership for a cost estimate on the service and was given a $330 price tag
I know the cabin filter is something I can change, plus a look over on the car's components (onboard diagnostic check (to see if there are any faults stored), brakes, axles, hoses, fluids, exhaust, tires, cooling system, etc). I normally do my oil changes but since I'd like oil changes documented, it has to be done by a shop (for sludge warranty claims - hopefully not though). But for $330? Is this ok and I should just give in or go my Avant elsewhere
Thanks
PS - on the subject of Cabin Air Filters, is the charcoal-lined one from ecstuning recommended over the plain paper? I suppose the charcoal blocks outside odors too {not sure how that will hold up to skunks though }
