Weird Question!

I am looking at a couple 03 B6 avants an I have a question about the lowers. I am looking at getting white and I am just curious if the bumpers on the 05 B6's are the same materiel on the bottom and are just painted, or if they are a different kind of plastic?

The reason I am curious is cuz when I had my B5 I went to a couple different shops and they told me they would not gaurantee the work because the material was really hard to get paint to stick. So the reason I am asking is cuz I could always just buy 05 bumpers so the paint would stick if they are different material. I hope this makes sense...............Thanks
