    He's very difficult to get a hold of sometimes...If you leave a message he's usually pretty good about getting in contact w/ you. Give it a few days and LMK if you don't hear from him.

    I know he's very difficult to get a hold of, I've left him many messages... last i know he was moving which was very understandable interms of hard to contact, but it's been a few months since... please help me if you could... i know he's a good guy, but alas hard to contact

    I don't want to ruin Rivals name as I've dealt with Tommy and he's been apleasure to deal with. Similarly, Scott has been except I haven't got my product yet.

    Here's the story:

    I requested an Euro Cd change for an A3 back in March, paid by the end of March. I was told after a while that it's difficult for them to sell Euro parts here. I completely understood, and waited, and waited, and waited. Every month or so I'd try to contact Scott, but most of the time to no avail. No matter, I didn't mind waiting as I can understand it's difficult. First week of august comes, I spoke with Scott and he tells me the part is arriving to him within the week. I anxiously waited for an update. Week later, I had to fly back to Asia for 2 weeks, so I tried to contact Scott to see if it would be sent out anytime then. Couldn't reach him. No problem, I'll contact him when i return in September. Now it's October, I've yet to come in contact with Scott, and have no product.

    At this point, I just want to know what's going on. Again, I mean no disrespect to the guys sat Rival, the TT steering I bought from them arrived promptly. So this could be a one-off incident.

    EDIT:for the record, the pricing Scott gave me was MUCH MUCH MUCH cheaper then anywhere else

    Bunnn, I understand your frustration - and you have a right to be as well. I walked the same road w/ my Sportec rims but after 6 months of headaches, the end result was worth it. Scott ended up eating about $1K in shipping charges for the mistakes made by Sportec CH and Fedex - I have faith he will come thru for you. Scott is not always the best at giving updates...I think he believes they are excuses for not having the product in.

    Tommy@Rival may be able to help you also since IIRC, he is the one who imports in the items from Germany.

    I've PM'ed Tommy, few days ago, still waiting on his response. I'm not so much frustrated rather just getting tired of calling him. This was purchased(as a favour for a friend) for his customer, so I get bugged about it every now and then. If this was solely on my end, I wouldn't mind waiting. But regardless I know they will come through, I just want someone from Rival to contact me for an update.

    I don't know where the other thread went, and I don't know how to contact you anymore, email/phone/pm... nothing works... I know you have some personal issues to deal with...I completely understand, but it's been 8+ months now .... some sort of contact would be nice..

    long story short, ordered an EU Cd changer, after a while I was told it would take longer as his parts "trickle" in... understood. Then I was promised that it was arriving, 2 months later, no contact, nothing at all. Finally contacted me via email, short update, again promised he will contact me the next day... it's been a month and more since...

    Scott, I know you're are a great guy as many have dealt with you... and I personally few you're a great guy. I understand you have some serious personal issues you need to deal with, but i'm sure one phone call would not detract you from too much...I feel that I've been more then patient, i'm not so much angry at no parts, but more so the severe lack of communication
