    Intake Manifold P/P?

Guest-only advertisement. Register or Log In now!
I, like everyone else these days, am tight on funds, and was looking in low cost performance mods. I talked to a guy at Woodward this year who said he simply removed, ported & polished his Intake Manifold on his B5 S4. He ran the 034 Spacer and said it was a great, low cost performance mod. He was stage 2+, and so am I. Is it worth doing? Are there any write-ups or DIY's?

    Thanks

Light a few 50$ bills on fire and enjoy the pretty light.

You will get more out of your money that way.

Lower IAT's is what it will do for you, But denser air meens you can pull more in which will increase horesepower. I think that would be more of a Stage 3 mod. Have up upgraded intercoolers. I was thinking all that work would be half the cost of a decent intercooler.

would a bigger throttle body do any good on a stage II+? matched with a manifold? or would that require a new tune?
