it really depends on your tire size. For instance, my car is ET33 with 235/45/19 tires. I cant even get a finger between the fender and tires. On large bumps I rub in the rear, and with a smaller tire set up (larger stretch) I would most likely not. I have seen people run tires as narrow as 215/35, which pushes in the tire more towards the wheel well. I going to raise my rear about a quarter inch because it gets annoying hearing the rubbing.
With your stock wheels, I would definitely go at least 10mm. If you want more of an agressive look, then 15mm would be the best bet. But just remember if you are slammed, you would need to have tires with a stretch (OEM comes with huuuuge tiress I thnk 245's?). But as far as I know, H&R springs dont bring the car that low so 15mm might work out ok.
