Help ID'ing these rims

Hey, can someone help me ID these rims? They look like Luff M1's to me but I'm not sure.Also, I was wondering if to get this kind of look (Black rim with a white lip) would I have to take a set of wheels and have them custom painted, or do any manufactures make wheels like this. Sorry for the noob question.

They look like DPE R-16's. On their site looks like they can paint the lips too.

Are there any cheaper alternatives or reps? The DPE's don't exactly come cheap.

If you want the 3-piece look idk. If you just wat the look of the center then yes there are optoins.

Can you give me some examples? Also, in general, how much would it cost to paint a set of rims like this?

VMR V715's look close to that just minus the bolts. Not sure about the cost to do the lips. It will probably depend on the place that does them.

Our V715's come with a mirror polished stainless steel lip. If you are interested, we have several companies nearby that do custom powdercoating/painting nearby that we can take the wheels to before we ship out.

I say DPE or iForged, they look similar to Peter's wheels.

They are iForged Swifts not DPE fellas. He had them powdercoated himself but we can do the same thing here like my wheels.

The car is definitely cool and looks good in white, but i think it would look a lot better if the paint job on the bumper actually matched the paint job on the rest of the body. (noticable shade difference where bumper meets front right wheel well)

maybe i'm just picky.

That is the angle you are seeing it at. That is a factory Ibis white paint job on the RS4
