LAMBORGHINI ESTOQUE UNVEILED
IT IS A SEDAN…. BUT STILL A CONCEPT
After continuously teasing the world with snap-shots of a new Lamborghini, the Italian exotic car manufacturer has unveiled its latest concept, the four-door Estoque. But the teasing, it seems, has only just begun.
This mid-engined sedan (with the engine situated behind the front axle) could be powered by several possible engine choices says Lamborghini, including the V-10 found in the LP560, or possibly a twin-turbocharged V-8, or even a hybrid or turbo-diesel motor! This Quattro-Lambo utilizes the company’s permanent all-wheel-drive system and features 22-inch wheels up front and 23-inch wheels in the rear.
As for the dimensions, the Estoque is roughly 203-inches long, 78-inches wide and 53-inches tall. To put that in perspective, it’s roughly the same length as an extended wheelbase 7 Series but is five inches shorter and three-inches wider. The wheelbase is 118.5-inches.
Oh, and the answer to that other all-important question, the word Estoque is the name given to the sword that bullfighters use.
