*Pics* My First Audi w/ Mods Feedback Welcome

Hey guys nice to be here, have been reading through a lot of posts trying to get familiar with the site and cars. This is my first Audi - 2002 A4 1.8 Quattro Auto- Never been a huge fan of auto but then again I am not going to complain because I already love the car after 4 days of ownership. Here is what I know is done to the car, some I know for sure and some I was "told"

Aftermarket Headlights (they suck cant wait to get stock) w/10k HID
    Aftermarket Grill
    Axis 19s with spacers
Suspension (Have not been under there to take a good look yet, he said something about Bilstein)
ECS Tuning Stage 4 Brake Kit
Aftermarket LED Tailights (again, suck want stock)
Stitched in gauge pod w/ cobalt AF, Boost, Pyro
Full Milltek exhaust not sure of size but judging by sound from previous turbo cars 2.5inch
He said upgraded turbo, doesnt feel anything more than a new stock replacement or maybe what t28 would feel like - runs about 20 pounds spiking up to 24 (need to find this out eventually)
Front mount intercooler kit not sure of brand but emblem looks familiar just cannot place it
Methanol Injection Kit - Not wired in but installed very nicely may or may not use need to research it more and get tuned
MAY have injectors they are green top and appear to be newer (just a guess)
    Recirc HKS SSQ
Thats all I really know of, may be missing more but car runs great needs tlc here and there (glovebox, armrest, buttons scratched, headliner at some point) trans is also very jerky into drive feels like my GTO with the pressure turned up. Either way here are some pics, all feedback and suggestions on mods are welcome. It feels like a high 14 low 15 sec car and I would love to get into the low 14s high 13s if ever possible. My last 3 cars were 12s and 13s so its hard to get away from that haha. SORRY Iphone Pics :(

Yikes! Alright man, first time on AZ?

That A-pillar (if not all) does not really belong in a nice car like an audi daily driver. Your front end looks a little confused as well with a mesh grille and i want to say aluminium plated lower ? The wheels are..... decent to say the least?

Do like the tint and those calipers are monsters. But I think it needs some TLC in the modding dept. as well
    I heart wagons.

Haha you have pointed out some of the things that are already on the list, I am a big fan of stock and cleanliness. Headlights, tailights and front grill are going stock first I cant stand them. Front bumper will probably go aftermarket anyways but ya I agree with you but I dont mind the gauges so will probably keep them for right now. Already shopping for wheels too :)

Can those lower grills just pop out? Have not gotten down there to take a look but ya they need to go. Trust me guys I am totally with you so far, but got a decent deal on the car and overall its in good condition.

I personallly like the gauge pod, only complaint is at night they are kind of bright. Something more subtle on brightness would be good. I am not sure where that pod came from but everything is stitched in and real nice looking. I will try to find out.

Tails are hideous. Ricer must of had it before you who cared nothing for German engineering. Get rid of that BOV. Nice brakes though :D

Axis wheels eh? I like mine better

Tails look pretty good IMO since you have tinted windows. I have no problem with the lower grilles either. The wheels are the first thing i would change (stock 17s or RS4 18s) and everything else is a no-rush deal. Not a fan of the gauges either - makes it look like a supra, not an audi.
Really clean car. Congrats on the buy

Thanks I love the car! The wheels I will do probably 4th or 5th - the headlights have no sidemarkers and I dont like the chrome or the 10k bulbs to be honest, the tails have a couple LEDs out and minor paint run on the lense and the grill just flat out bothers me haha. The wheels are so hideous I would want to drop alot right now but I am already searching for what I like the most!

Thanks I love brakes one of my favorite car mods since I started driving, glad they are already out of the way this time :)

Yeah...your car looks confused in the first picture. Like it wants to be a ricer, but it just can't pull it off.

That car had been on Craigslist for almost 8 months. Depending on the mileage that was a great price for the car. I tried to buy his BBK but he wanted like 1500.00

Ya I had been looking at it on craigslist for awhile and finally pulled the trigger they also had an S4 but decided against it (120k miles) mine just hit 80k - I mean like I said its in good condition just needs some touching up on certain parts already mentioned. I like the Alloy R Us new AMG wheel they are offering, would look nice especially with the brakes.

So you bought a car with engine and turbo mods and were not told exactly what was done to it. Probably should figure that lut before you take the plunge. With that being said, I think you a good head start. Minus a few cosmetics

put rings back on your front grille! are those just tinted LED tails? i don't think they look too bad. and no need for the 3-gauge pillar unless you've got a ton of stuff going on under the hood. even if that were the case it still looks pretty ridiculous...like something you see in a POS honda. your stance will tight with a new set of wheels. can't wait to see what you do to her!

Well I wasnt concerned with his so called turbo upgrade, I have experience with other turbo cars from Mazda and the 4G63 and after driving it I can say its def. either stock or maybe his version of upgraded is ported who knows. No engine mods that I know of just going by visual and there are NO leaks anywhere on this car.

Thanks LampyB! I am pretty happy to get started too, I have searched the site and galleries and have some ideas in mind. Once the hit from buying the car washes over I will start getting the stock parts together and making it look clean again. Then onto the wheels and the exterior will be done and will dive into the interior. As far as go fast stuff I dont even car to hook up the Meth kit right now just want to familiarize myself and meet some local Audi people who have some knowledge too.

Drop the wheels, lower front bumper, gauges, mesh grille and you will have a step in the right direction.

You should get some Rs4 reps, an ultra sport package front bumper, s4 grille, and a nice set of coilovers.

School me on the sport bumper your talking about, I may have seen it already but where would you recommend finding it for the best price. S4 grill I am assuming can be found decently easy.

personally... dont like it. like prev stated, front end is confused! the passenger side front wheel well area (w/e it's called) looks to be a different color (didn't read through the post and dont know if you know that). The A-pillar needs to go.... pedals, not likin them so much. the exhaust on the driver side doesnt seem to be centered... and the wheels dont really match the car's personality. but that's my opinion

I'm partial the keeping the gauge pillar. There is a good way to put that many gauges in the interiors of these cars. That call is yours. But if you can afford it, step up to a true wideband versus the Autometer gauge which is really doesn't tell you anything you can use. And if you are keeping those rims, they might look tighter painting them black along with your lower lower grills. But its up to you to choose your style.
