Even at 5400 it is still way overpriced IMO. I only called them for a laugh really knowing it was going to be overpriced. Im going to just rebuild mine with the jhm kit when i get the money. Thanks for the info though. Gotta love audi's bs though. extra 3k because its an s4? give me a break

I just went through the whole tranny crap and let me tell you the stealership is really there to rip you off. I got a used tranny with 17K on it for 2500 which I thought was a great deal. This winter I will be rebuilding my old one with the JHM kit to have a spare.
