Me vs B7 story

So i hop on the freeway after school today and so i'm one lane prior to the left lane and there's a Dolphin Gray B7 A4 2.0T CVT, and he starts doing rather odd things like jumping on me then swerving and slowing down lol. so about a mile later, he punches it in the left lane and i didn't play for a few seconds so then i put it in fifth and used my torque to catch up and boy did i, i was on his bumper, and had to let off a lot. Anyways we got stuck behind a car and a car next to him so he couldn't move, and well the moron cuts the car next to him off maybe a foot of space in between each car he cut through and he gunned it and cut 4 lanes at around 100 BOY DOES THAT THING HAVE BODY ROLL! so i gave up after he did that i thought it would be suicidal so i just let him go. Random fun story.

no seriously though i put it in tip and in 5th went half throttle i was around 80 when i hit the gas and im apr 1+ so instant torque lol i just couldnt believe how much roll that thing had

Hahaha, well I'm only APR stage 1 (looking for some used injectors for a decent price) but I still think I'd downshift to 4th quickly then back up to 5th depending on the speed. Then again, what do I know, I have a tiptronic too.

My guess is when he straightened out after cutting across the 4 lanes. At that speed you could easily see the car squatting to the side.

First of all let me teach u something about a 5-speed tiptronic:

At 80MPH(which is where we kicked off) my car is at 3000RPM's, so by mashing the pedal in 5th, my car boosts and has lots of torque. Now a 6-speed in 6th cruises at around 2400RPM's at 80MPH deaming it useless. And i did verse a B7 when he guned it i got up on his tail and i could've rear ended him because i was speeding up much more quickly. So i won there.

And a for Body-roll for u dumies out there, when a car cuts 5 lanes in one shot at 100MPH to the right and the car is slanted left, i can tell he has body roll. Trust me the guys car was floating all over the place.

No Quattro badge, but it had every other badge? Or he could just hear it. If you have it stomped, the CVT finds the optimal RPM and stays there. You'll be doing 4,500 from 35 all the way to 70 without a hiccup.

With Tiptronic transmission, you have the regular gear selectors (PRNDS), but in Drive, you can move the selector over to the right and toggle (or "tip") it forwards (+) and backwards (-) to "manually" change gears. That's known as "Tip" mode.

and dude here in Cali no one buys a manual, no one knows how to drive one and both hands were on the wheel. No one understands that the higher the gear the lower RPM's ur car spools in 5th gear i can spool at 2200 RPMs don't freakin argue with me i was the one that was there and neither of u were, i know i didn't shift down and my 240 some odd ft lbs of torque kicked in, at 100MPH my car is at nearly 4k RPM's i will take a video and prove it.

No u don't have the same on ur CVT u have a CVT with a manual shift mode. I have a TIPTRONIC and go read a freakin Audi A4 brochure and it clearly states "Tiptronic Mode" or Touch Shift(mercedes calls it this) defines the manual shift mode on the tiptronic transmission, and we came up with an abreviation called: "Tip." Jeez u noobs are so slow i swear dude. u manage to turn a perfectly boring story into an arguement, Dang man chill out, i know a hell about cars i wasn't born yesterday, so i know what i'm talking about for Christ sake.

Now you're being a Silly Goose, sure they do... well at least the brake example one does; the seat belt was just an example of me being a sarcastic ass-hole. We can look at the brakes having an alternative functionality know as ABS, so when the ABS kicks in, are you "Braking" or "ABS'n". I'll agree with the whole Quattro thing, I did get carried away on that one
