Would B7 exhaust fit on B6 3.0?

What about the quads. Might be tight on the rear bumper.

That would need the associated rear bumper/valence.

It will fit but you need to change up the rear bumper....even if you get the exhaust for free it is to much of a hassle, just buy an exhaust set up for a 3.0. I think that there is a thread about people puting B6 S4 exhausts on their 3.0, check that out.
