C5 Turn Signal Problem

Hey guys my 99 A6 is having a turn signal problem. The Hazards blink fine. But if im using my left or right turn sometimes they work(blink) but most of the time they stay solid. Any advice on what is causing this and the $$ it should take to fix. Thanks in Advance

change the emergency relay. I had the same issue on my A4. It was like $30 from the dealer.
