How much to replace the passanger side glass window

i was quoted 234 to have them come out and fix the window

Glass is expensive.... did you call around? You could also go to a junk yard and maybe find one cheaper.

depending on your deductible and insurance co. I would consider putting it through insurance as a vandalism claim that way they will reimburse you for the loss including the items that were taken. If you are hesitant to call your Ins. Co. and make a claim just call you agent and find out the deductible amount and if they will in fact cover the contents of the vehicle.
