Valeo European Headlight Kit

Complete European headlight kit. Allows for a much brighter & crisper beam along with a nice cosmetic upgrade. Black housings for that stealth look. Requires removal of stock HID components & bulbs from OEM headlight to be installed in Euro housing. Xenon ready housings for B6 A4/S4's, Blackout housings - For D1S style bulbs only, some early 2002 cars had D2S bulbs

why must these be so expensive? Is that price for the bulbs and housings or just the housings?

The pricing on these recently went up quite a bit from Europe unfortunately. These are just the housing, the internals from the stock headlights would need to be used.

Currently we have a few sets of these in stock, but we bring over limited quantities at a time.

I know the exchange rate effects the pricing a lot, but honestly, the cost is beyond affordable for most, it's a real deal killer for me.

same here, i used to see these lights go for less than $500 when I first signed up here. companies probably just bump the prices cause they know these are in high demand. hopefully i can find some used ones somewhere.

We have to adjust our retail pricing based on the cost we pay for them, if the cost goes up, it means the retail pricing goes up as well.

Unfortunately as the cars get older and the production stops, the cost on these items is going to go up. If we could keep these at the same pricing they were a few years ago, we would certainly do so but unfortunately that is not the case.

We did not bump the price up because we feel there is a demand for them, but because we have to pay way more for them as well as getting them here in the states and in stock.

Ahhh HA! You got caught....doing what any smart business person would do! Yes it is a little high, but agian you are supporting a company that has given killer deals else where. Not everything can be dirt cheap, you have to pay to play ( for new items anyways).

These are for Xenon European housings. Traditional B6 housings are much less but are not black out and are not xenon. In fact, we carry a set of new Valeo Halogens in that price range here - click me for new Valeos.

WTF? why is everyone complaining? These have been around $800 forever. Just be fortunate that ECS has them in stock. I was lucky enough to get a used set from the classifieds.

that to much for a valeo headlights. it just only gonna cost you $218 dollars at the parts bin. surely a direct replacement parts like AC Delco Headlight Bulb.

I'd love to know where you've found OEM valeo headlight housings for ~$200, at least for a pair. The cheapest they usually go for is ~$500 used, at least that is what I've seen. Please share your source for these $200/pair valeo headlight housings...

I think he is referring to halogen lights, not HID housings.

I had Bi-Xenon S4 housings a few years ago, but in my experience, the single lowbeam version of the projectors has a lot better light distribution and pattern. I went back to the the signel low beam housings because the Bi Xenon housings have poor beam quality in comparison.
