currently I have a 08' A4. Giac chip, neuspeed sport coils with bilstein shocks, 245/35/19 tires and wheels. Car drives nice. just wondering how if any the RS4 sway bars would improve the handling on the car?

I have a similar set up (19's, lowered) but I have Quattro, don't know what you have. Your car probably already drives good but you will definitely notice a difference when you install the RS4 rear sway. Gets rid of some of the understeer. Taking turns is much more fun after the install.

Put that stiffy in your rear end and you'll be all

Alright, I don't really like stiffies in my rear but the RS4 sway bar will help you out a bunch with understeer without making the ride too harsh. I definitely recommend this as the second best bang for your buck.

Also, just wanted to add...you dont need an rs4 sway if you never track, take sharp turns, etc in your car.

The sway bar is only noticeable under those conditions, but still for 120ish you can't beat it.

You can go with other sway bars: h&r, hotchiks which will give you the same results.

    Re: rs4 sway bars

Body roll is muh more controlled. Stays a lot flatter while turning. I also felt turning response a bit sharper. But this is an RS4 sway going on an 06 with 'super high' stock suspension. Can't wait to lower her....

I notice a difference in everyday driving. The steering is just so much tighter with the sway. You feel it most when taking sharp turns. The understeer is greatly reduced. However, even on the highway just switching lanes, you'll feel it. The car just goes where you point with no delay and reduced body roll. I have Coil Overs though, so that helps as well. It's a great combo.

wow! great input! thanx everyone. Actually called streamline industries, my local audi hot rod shop, he actually likes the neuspeed sway bar up-grade and agrees with all of you, it kicks ass. I know what my next upgrade will be, as well as an exhaust!
