Brought back to life: 2000 A6 2.7t

Sorry, no before shots except for the side by side headlight shot after refinishing them. It appears that the car had been "detailed" last at a car dealer and the car was full of buffer trails. Fixing the dealer's work was the biggest concern, second was refinishing the headlights which had seen far better days.

Day started around 4:30am, left for the customer's house at 5:30pm and arrived just before 7am.... sorry, no before pics! I wanted to get right down to business

Work consisted of:
* Clean wheels (inside and out), tires, wheel wells (APC, P21S, and assortment of brushes)
* Degrease and clean engine bay (APC and assortment of brushes)
* Hand wash and wipe door jambs (APC + Meguiar's Gold Class, Detail Spray and MF towels)
* Hand wash and dry vehicle (Meguiar's Gold Class and Jumbo MF Waffle drying towel)
* Clay bar entire vehicle
* Multi-step compounding and polishing to remove severe paint imperfections (Menzerna Power Gloss compound on yellow LC pad, Intensive Polish on orange LC pad)
* Application of Lusso Oro high-end paint cleaner and premium wax
* Application of "Wheel Wax" sealant on wheels
* Clean and polish chrome
* Refinish headlights (800 wet, 1000 wet, 1500 wet, compound, 3m plastic cleaner/polish)

And the customer was very pleased. Doctor Detailer was very professional -- and it's nearly impossible to find a Dr that makes house calls these days!

Damn I live 10 minutes away from Layfayette Hill so I may have to get my A6 detailed by you after I re-paint my wheels and clear coat them.

nice work. did you stop the polishing by finishing down with the IP? results look good, just wondering if you had considered refining a little with some PO85RD or FF.
