OK here is the situation a few months ago I noticed that my horn was not working I just ignored it no big deal I don’t even really use a few weeks later when I went into tiptronic I noticed that I could shift up or down on the steering wheel shifters but I could still do it on the stick. I checked the fuses at least the one for the horn and that one is fine. I’m not sure if the two are related or it was just a freak coincident. Well maybe you guys could help me trouble shoot this problem at least for one of the two things. A fuse list and diagram would be helpful.
    Thanks guys.

I'd bet $5 on it being the "clock spring".

It's basically an electrical band that maintains the connections for your Airbag, Tip buttons, Horn and any other steering wheel controls on any other car. I don't want to say it's a common issue, but for your case that sounds like the exact solution.
