installed my magnaflow 16601 kit...i was skeptical about putting an exhaust on this car because the last car i did (03 maxima) showed no gains and was a waste of money...this is not the case with the a4...i instantly notice a huge improvement in throttle response and overall power...the sound is fantastic, very smooth, no rasp and not too loud at all...in case there are some who dont know this, you can get this kit for $589 shipped from performancepeddler.com...it was well worth the money

is this a good exhaust for a GTRS elim setup or is the piping too small? I plan on going GTRS soon and want to get all the supporting mods first.

Glad to see you like it! Mine is definitely getting a bit louder/ deeper. Are you considering a DP?

Turbo cars generally respond better to exhaust/intake improvements than Naturally Aspirated cars, which is why you can feel the difference much more than your Max.

In regards to the 1.8 A4, it is one of those exceptions where the OEM intake is actually efficient with no need to replace anything but the filter.

    Good luck
