Water Issue

So after having a few days of substantial rain I noticed an issue with the car. The rear passenger side headliner right where the pillar (C pillar?) meets it, is wet, and after about 20 minutes of driving I have water droplets on my rear seat. If I'm not moving, not water gets in. I checked out the stripping on the door and the door frame and it all looks fine. Could it be leaking through the gutter on top?

OR, could it be a sunroof drain. I didn't think of it because it was so far back in the car, but I guess its possible.
