    Why arent there any upgraded FPR's for the 2.8L V6?

    There would be no reason for it. Unless you have a big turbo application that has a tune designed for different fuel trims, but you have a 2.8. If you were to change the fpr, you would run either lean or rich.

    You can run any FRP you want, as long as it fits your fuel rail. But if you run a naturally aspirated 2.8, there is no reason for more fuel pressure. If you aren't getting enough fuel, you could always get a larger injector, but your tune would need to be scaled for those injectors.
