Gt2871 on apr 1+ tune...?

Ok, I now what your going to say..... whats the point right?

Reason #1: I'm broke, can't afford tuning, fmic, injectors exhaust etc...

Reason #2: my k03 is toast


I'm currently running a apr1+ tune, tt225 injectors, and a psi test pipe. everything else is stock. So If i bolt on my gt2871 eliminator do i risk blowing my motor? I'm not expecting power gains, just concerned about leaning out even though the ecu should correct for it.

On low boost, you should be fine...the main trouble will be controlling to boost. I would run a MBC after the N75 to make sure you do not go over 14psi

Make sure you log the setup though.

The safe bet is to pickup a cheap used K03 to limp through till you can do it right. The possible negatives are pretty pricey repairs.

You will be fine with the 71 if that is what your ultimate goal is.

i work in realestate, so my income is "variable". I have deals closing soon at which time i'll hook up the full 71r support mods. my goal is 250 awhp when all is said and done.
