I originally purchased my car from Penski and they seemed like a legit place, but I live close to Audi Mission Viejo so I have been taking my car there for little things since my car was still under warranty. I took it there 3 times and each time I got it back and took it home, I would notice a new scratch. I won't be giving them any business anymore.
