Most often when something seems too good to be true, it usually is. Seems too cheap to me for it to be legit. Page looks very unprofessional and they have a free email account which is usually a red flag. Email them if you're interested and see what they say about payment.

1st site... Those wheels are junk...

2nd site... wouldnt doubt if those wheels fold on you when you hit a pothole.
