Help with part?

I popped my hood tonight with the car idling and noticed a loud hissing sound, with a little searching came across this vac line or something that had snapped:


Does anyone know what this is called? As a reference, my boost gauge hose is just behind the broken part. I'm hoping to pick up that part at the dealership first thing in the morning so I can get this installed this weekend. I think it's the reason for my high idling lately. I don't have time to search this out so any quick help would be appreciated. Thanks!

That is called a Check Valve. I broke mines a couple of years ago too. its cost like 20 bucks at the dealer.

pick up some new braided vac lines as yours appear to be dry rotted.

So funny thing just happened. I was just about to post that I checked all my lines under the car and all looked good, but as I was looking at the pic I posted, something didn't look right. Sure enough, the local shop I had put this in installed it backwards. I'm assuming that's were this vacuum code is coming from. So I just flipped it around and I guess I'll find out in a couple days if this code comes back. Thanks for all the help.
