What's the best way for me to detail my bbk this weekend? I was thinking of claying the caliper and rotor hat, then protecting it with some Klasse AIO and HGSG

you want to put klasse AIO on the caliper? if yes.. it won't last more than maybe two weeks if you're lucky. The temperature changes dramatically under the brakes.

You have to use a wax that is heat resistant and apply it once a month. Be sure to wash your wheels if you track it, don't allow the brake dust accumulate on the wheels.

you can clean the bbk with P21S wheel cleaner while you are on your wheels.

use a spoke brush and the Swissvax Wheel Brush to get in there unless you want to take off your wheels.

Then clay them /polish them /put some wax on them (Swissvax Autobahn would work well)

Yea, I'm going to be taking the wheels off to give them a roper cleaning, I might as well tackle the brakes as well. I know the polish/hgsg might not last long because of the heat, but I figured it's better than nothing. I have some P21S wax at hand too.
