Hey, does anyone know where I could get a personal breathalyzer near by? I want to bring one to a party with me like Tucker Max!

Now that's one mod you don't boast about. Serves him right though.

Depends, contrary 2 popular belief u aren't good if u blow below a .08. Everyone thinks .08 is the magic number. It's not, .03 is. If you are above .03 then in most states its DWAI. So poundin 2 beers and then ur friend asks u 2 pick him up from the train station means u get a DWAI if the cops a prick. The driving with a BAC level between .04-.07 is not illegal. If the officer "thinks" that the .06 BAC impairs ur ability 2 drive then u get the DWAI. It is solely the cops discretion to arrest and ticket u and then its ur word vs his in court about if u were impaired by the amount of alcohol in ur system or not. Add in the fact what constitutes impaired is pretty vague its easily convicatable. I hate drunk drivers, but good safe drivers can get trapped by these laws 2. Then once u get ur first DWAI, ur on the radar screen every time a cop runs ur plate and are much more likely 2 be stopped again. If u blow a .05 guess what happens.
