I have been searching for the past hour and cant find an answer. I need to remove the b and c plastic pillar covers inside the car. Are they clipped in like the a pillars or is there a trick to taking them out? Do I just pull on them and us a panel puller? I dont want to take a chance of breaking one. Car is a 98. Thanks

just grab the b pillars at the top and yank or use a screw driver all other pillars come out as well with a nice well placed yank.

Yea, definitely don't try to remove the B-pillars from the bottom. Start at the top. Once you pop them out the first time, they get easier.

Make sure you line up the height adjuster for the seat belt too, otherwise it can opaque the upper B-pillar piece.

Pull the lights out of the C pillar then just pull it off.

    Re: pillar removal

on my 2001 the c-pillar had 1 bolt behind the little airbag badge, then pull staight out as it has 3 metal clips holding it together, I removed my complete headliner WITHOUT removing the b-pillars, and reinstallation didn't involve removing b-pillars either kinda just slides out.
