Damon at German Autosport in Amesbury

He is very good and very knowledgeable. This may have been covered before so a search may yield more choices that could be closer to you.

Are these shops good in working on suspension? I'm looking for used Sport suspension components and have someone install it. I've done suspension upgrades on my Jeep but am not too confident in doing the same on my B6.

And any ballpark as how much these guys charge per hour?

I used Marcs Foreign Car recently. I'd highly recommend him. He was FAST and didnt charge me alot, and took some time out to chat about the car with me. Good guy, very reasonable pricing. Moreover, he hates how dealerships overcharge, so that's awesome. If I'm going to have anything major done to the car that I couldnt do myself, I'm going to have him do it.

+1 for Autohahn if you're looking for mods.

    Also...

These are by far the top 3 in Boston for Audi repair:

    1. Mike's Auto - Malden (does more porsche/bmw - very knowledgeable)
    2. Dick's - often very busy but great work
    3. Anchor Body

Re: does anyone know a good mechanic around the boston area ?

I can vouch for Anchor for body work and Marc's foreign Auto as well. Anchor installed my S4 rear and did an outstanding job, very nice shop and people that work there are OCD about making sure your car and yourself are treated right.

I like in Wakefield, so Marc's if very convenient for me, I have only brought my car there once so far for an oil change and some brake pads, but the price was right and Marc is a cool guy, he will def take the time to chat about your car and stuff like that. It can sometimes take a little bit to get an appointment as he does get busy which is totally understandable seeing as he runs the shop by himself. But I will def be going to him in the future for other stuff, in fact I will prob having my timing belt done there soon enough.
Looking for a good shop north of Boston, call Eurosport Performance
