Are these gauges better? I still have the last version, and my LEDs on the gauge has already burnt out. Is this a known issue to your gauges, because I didn't think the LED's could burn out so easily.

Are these gauges better? I still have the last version, and my LEDs on the gauge has already burnt out. Is this a known issue to your gauges, because I didn't think the LED's could burn out so easily.

We have not had any issues since switching to our new gauge style and manufacturer. When did you purchase the kit? All of our vent mounted gauge kits come with a 1 year warranty.

Just over a year ago, and I emailed you guys for a replacement gauge and you guys said it was $89.99. Which made me hesitant to purchase again, for paying the original price and a little over a year later, the gauge fails right after the warranty, that is quite a disappointment. LED's aren't suppose to fail this easily unless their is a quality issue...

Alex, I like you guys, and you have good products, and God knows messing with John is funny because hes so serious, but in my opinion I don't like how you come on here and just tell us you have parts. You don't come on to talk about cars or anything of the sort, but rather are just like a total business person. I honestly feel like your missing out on business, you may not care, but there are people on here who sell products and I think that forum members tend to trust them more because they also are part of the scene and enjoy the art of modding

I can see where you might get that impression since a majority of my posting is about our products. I participate in technical discussions as often as I can, but I generally don't post in a thread unless I have something I feel will contribute.

Having been on various car forums for the past 7-8 years, I know how annoying it is for a vendor to come on a forum and only discuss product. I always had the most respect for a vendor that was able to contribute in technical discussions as well as kick back and shoot the breeze. I jump on the forums to just relax a bit when I'm not at work, but I'm very involved in my community so I don't have as much free time as I'd like.

To be fair I do jump between here, vw vortex, audiworld and 6 speed online, so unless you follow me from forum to forum, you probably won't see a lot of the posts I make.

I hope you aren’t under the impression that I am here to only benefit to promote A.W.E. Yes I do post here to promote our business, but at the same time I am car guy just like the rest of you. I like to sit around and talk cars, football and whatever else comes up.

I'll keep it in mind from now on and try to hang out here a bit more. AZ has quickly become one of my favorite forums to be on, so I'll be posting on here quite a bit more.
