    Piston Oilers in Block, How Many are there?

    Hey I am almost positive there was one of the little oilers at the bottom of each cylinder that spray oil up at the bottom of the piston. Anyway I have had all my stuff at a friend's shop and he just called me saying he was gonna move all my stuff since he needed to do something with his workbench. He said there were only 3 of the oil things there on the table with the pile off all my parts. It doesn't make sense that there would only be 3 and not 4 (1 for each piston) but does someone know for sure that has had their engine apart?

    My block will be back Friday and now I am gonna be screwed if I am missing one of those. If I am then I guess I need to find a replacement ASAP.

    Good News! He overlooked one somehow when he started grabbing stuff and putting int in the box. I took everything out of the box and found the 4th one. What a relief!

    ahah... this is exaclty why im not touching my car until i have every part i need... less down time to misplace/lose stuff.
