Hey im new to the a3 forum but i spend all my time in the a4 b7 forum, my little brother wants a a3 and its going to be his first car, id like to get it for him. I currently have a a4


So im looking to spend around 30,000 can you guys help me out and let me know what i should look for, or if you know whats for sale. I know this will make a great first car, and keeping audi in the family is what i want to do. I know your going to say hes spoiled but, he has good taste haha. thanks ahead

get a new 09 a3 stock. then over time mod it. It will be a cool project and you can get a new 09 a3 for about 29-30k out the door if not less.

+1 for spoiling him with an new 09 A3. You can equip a fwd 2.0t w/dsg nicely for $31k. You might even be able to talk the dealer down to $30k even.

find a decent '07 or '08 Sline A3. Save on the depreciation and get a better looking car. If you have seen the '09 they look icredibly cheap unless you buy a premium package.
