forge blow off valve?

so i will prbably be flamed for this but I was just curious if anyone has even put this on their car. I went to greedspeed's website www.greedspeed.com and just looking around to see what they have and found a forve bov for $78us. I was just curious to know if anyone put it on and what it would sound like. I am an ex ricer (03 civic ex) and still curious about all this stuff.

Just buy a cone filter and just bolt it to your MAF. Much cheaper, really loud and it wont be mess up the function of the recirculating system.

haha, i know! i just wanted to know what it sounded like. What I need to get is my APR setup done next month. thats whats going down after my 5k service. What is the part number and everything for the cone filter? ill prob just search it. I purchased the drop in filter from K&N and was gonna pop that in after the 5k. would you recommend the cone filter over the drop in?

I think any 3" cone will fit.

Ps. The spacer just sounds like an air leak.

i dont like my FORGE DV ... the stock one sounded louder .. just got it for the peace of mind ..

I hear that AWE has an alternative .... yummy!
